M Anusuya, now recognised as M Anukathir Surya, transitioned from female to male, marking a significant milestone in administrative circles. The order, issued on July 9, acknowledges the officer's request, citing his career trajectory from Assistant Commissioner to Joint Commissioner in Hyderabad since January 2023.
