In a shocking incident, a 56-year-old man collapsed and died while giving an Independence Day speech at Laxmi Villas in Kapra on Monday. The deceased was identified as Uppala Suresh. Reportedly, Suresh was giving an I-Day speech at a local function when he suffered a heart attack and collapsed on the ground.
