Several parts of Kerala, including Thiruvananthapuram, recieved a pre-monsoon rainfall on Wednesday. According to the IMD, a 'mild' monsoon onset over Kerala has been predicted as Cyclone 'Biparjoy' rapidly intensified into a severe cyclonic storm on Wednesday.
