Manish Kashyap, a YouTuber, had three false information reports filed against him in Tamil Nadu and Bihar for allegedly spreading false information through videos on his channel. The Supreme Court on Monday rejected his request to combine these three FIRs. The bench also declined to consider Kashyap's request to overturn his imprisonment under the National Security Act and told him to appeal to the high court instead.
