After the incident, Meerut police said that they arrested four people in connection with the incident, including the main accused, Mukul Tyagi. A search has been launched for two others who are at large.
A road rage incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh, where a group of students allegedly attacked a woman's business partner and vandalised the vehicle for protesting harassment. The incident took place on Tuesday, December 9, in the Sadar Bazaar area of Meerut. A video showing the alleged attack and vandalism has also gone viral on social media. After the incident, Meerut police said that they arrested four people in connection with the incident, while a search was launched to nab two others who are at large. The Superintendent of Police of Meerut further said that the main accused, identified as Mukul Tyagi, was arrested. The police also arrested Tyagi's three friends, identified as Dhruv, Daksh and Aditya. It is learnt that the accused are LLB students who harassed the woman during the road rage incident.
