An Imam of a mosque was shot dead in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, June 11. The deceased has been identified as Maulana Akram. He was leading prayers in a mosque in Maswasi village. According to initial reports, someone called Maulana Akram and asked him to meet. He left his house to meet the caller and later he was found dead.
