According to reports, the girl approached a woman living in the flat, claiming she needed to move the scooter and asked for the keys. Trusting the girl because of her school uniform, the woman handed over the keys without suspicion. The girl then calmly went downstairs, started the scooter, and rode off without arousing any suspicion.
