A youth on Tuesday put an flammable liquid on self in front of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao's residence Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad. Meanwhile, his accomplice jumped in front of a minister’s convoy. Both people were arrested by the police.
