A resident of Thane took to X (formerly Twitter) and alleged that parts of dead animals were coming out of drinking water in the city. In her post, the user, identified as Sneha, said that people reported parts of dead animals coming out of the drinking water supplied to them. Tagging the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), Sneha said the incidents were reported in Gandhi Nagar, Pokhran 2, Kapurbawdi and Manpada area of Thane as she demanded action from the civic body.
