In West Bengal, a Bangladeshi couple, Enamul Haque Sohail and Anjida Zina Elahi, was denied entry into India after being found with fake Indian Aadhaar and PAN cards during a security check. The couple, travelling from Rangpur on a medical visa, were stopped by the BSF at the border. The fraudulent documents, reportedly obtained from Greater Noida, led to their immediate detention. Following the discovery, the FRRO Kolkata directed the refusal of their immigration entry.
