Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public rally in Odisha’s Phulbani on Saturday, May 11, 2024. During his speech, PM Modi launched a verbal attack on Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and dared him to name all the districts and their headquarters across the state without the help of paper. However, he made a gaffe in his statement as he asked Patnaik to name the districts and their ‘capitals’, a clip of which was later shared by Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera on X.
