According to latest Election Commission data, Debnath is leading by 5,067 votes over Trinamool Congress (TMC) nominee Tirthankar Ghosh after the second round of counting. Debnath, who centered her campaign on women's safety and justice for her daughter, has secured 13,784 votes so far, while Ghosh trails with 8,717.
