After Algeria's Imane Khelif, Taiwan boxer Lin Yu-Ting who failed the gender test at the 2023 World Championships won her round of 16 bout at the Paris Olympics 2024 in the women's featherweight category and has progressed through to quarterfinals.
After Imane Khelif, Taiwanese boxer Lin Yu-Ting won her round of 16 bout against Uzbekistan's Sitora Turdibekova. Yu-Ting won the match by a unanimous decision of 5-0. Yu-Ting also failed the gender test apart from Imane Khelif during the World Championships 2023 and was believed to have more manly powers. Yu-Ting will now play against Bulgaria's Svetlana Staneva in the women's featherweight quarterfinal 1.
