Dinesh Karthik has officially announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. The wicketkeeper-batsman, in an emotional post on Instagram, stated that he has decided to 'move on from playing representative cricket' as he squares up for 'new challenges' that lie ahead. The 39-year-old further thanked wife Dipika Pallikal, his coaches, captains, selectors and teammates for their support over the years. Karthik was recently seen in action in IPL 2024 where he scored 326 runs in 15 matches.
