Jasprit Bumrah broke the legendary Kapil Dev's record with a sensational five-wicket haul on Day 2 of the IND vs ENG 3rd Test at the Lord's Cricket Ground on July 11. The premier pacer now has the most number of away five-wicket hauls by an Indian bowler, attaining the mark for the 13th time in the longest format and going past Kapil Dev, who had taken 12 five-wicket hauls in away Tests in his illustrious career. Jasprit Bumrah had dismissed Harry Brook (11) on Day 1 and scalped three wickets in quick time on Day 2, which included Ben Stokes (44), Joe Root (104) and Chris Woakes (0). He later dismissed Jofra Archer for four to complete his five-wicket haul and he finished with figures of 5/74.
