After winning their IPL 2024 match against Mumbai Indians by 18 runs, Kolkata Knight Riders players and staff members did a victory lap at Eden Gardens. During their victory lap, Phil Salt and other players were spotted giving away some tennis balls which were signed by KKR mentor Gautam Gambhir. Players gave away the balls with the help of a tennis racket. KKR became the first time to qualify for IPL 2024 playoffs.
