India celebrated the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janmashtami on September 7, Wednesday.  Krishna Janmashtami marks the birth of Shri Krishna, the eight avatar of Vishnu. The special occasion was also celebrated by Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana, who shared a picture of her in traditional attire, wishing everyone 'Happy Janmashtami' on twitter.
