After the conclusion of the ENG-W vs NZ-W match, Sophie Devine received a guard of honour from both teams – a gesture she initially had declined. It was a heartfelt gesture, and Devine couldn't decline. The 36-year-old made her WODI debut against Australia women's national cricket team in 2006. The veteran cricketer amassed 4279 runs in 159 WODI matches with nine hundreds and 18 fours.
