The fielding coach of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) Jonty Rhodes wore a substitute's jersey and sprinted towards the other end of the ground towards Yash Thakur. The specific reason for this from Jonty Rhodes was to uplift Yash Thakur’s morale after he dropped Daryl Mitchell's catch during the CSK vs LSG IPL 2024 match. LSG later won the match while chasing the target posted by CSK and with the win, LSG are now in the fourth spot in the points table.
