Dinesh Karthik, one of the longest-serving cricketers in IPL, has bid adieu to the tournament with his side--Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), crashing out of the IPL 2024 playoffs race with a defeat to Rajasthan Royals. RCB, in a video, paid tribute to the veteran wicketkeeper-batter on social media. The video features several members of the RCB outfit sharing their experiences with Dinesh Karthik, also fondly known as 'DK', the likes of which include Virat Kohli. Kohli shared that he liked Karthik's courage and also revealed that the 38-year-old reached out him when he wasn't having a good time in 2022. Squash star and Karthik's wife, Dipika Pallikal, also shared that the player has experienced several hardships in his career but did not give up and continued to fight. Several others also shared some special stories about the wicketkeeper-batter.
