An incredible achievement for Harmilan Bains as she missed the Commonwealth Games 2022 with a knee injury and now redeems herself with a silver medal in the Asian Games 2023.
Another medal from athletics from India and this time it comes from an Women athlete, Harmilan Bains. Harmilan finished second in the Women's 1500m race and won silver medal for India. She clocked a timing of 4:12.74. This is India's first silver in the event since 1982. This is India's 18th silver medal in the competition this season.
