Harmanpreet Singh carried a retiring PR Sreejesh on his shoulders as the Indian men's hockey team defeated Spain to win the bronze medal at the Paris Olympics 2024 on August 8. Sreejesh had earlier announced that the Olympics 2024 in Paris would be his last in international hockey and he signed off on a high, helping the side claim a successive bronze medal.
