After beating Ireland in the group stage encounter early in the day, India men's hockey team qualify for the quarterfinals of the Paris Olympics 2024. India are on 7 points after three games as they have won two games and drew one. Argentina meanwhile have defeated New Zealand and now neither of Ireland and New Zealand can cross India in the group in points.
