The Indian para-athletes have had the most successful campaign at the Paralympic Games in the nation's history, winning a total of 26 medals so far which includes six gold medals. India also had a record-breaking day of winning eight medals on September 2, the most in the nation's history at the Paralympics.
The Indian contingent at the Paris Paralympics 2024 has already scripted history with 26 medals at counting. The para-athletes have been absolutely superb so far in the 17th edition of the Paralympic Games, putting up impressive performances across disciplines and scripting a number of records.
