Airtel has launched a new AI spam call and message detection technology to fight fraudsters and spammers. Bharti Airtel MD and CEO Gopal Vittal emphasised, "Most scams begin with a call or an SMS, which is why our solution aims to solve them at that very start. The company said with this new technology, the telecom giant successfully reduced 99.5% of spam messages and 97% of spam calls.
