BSNL announced the launch of its updated Selfcare app to help its users to report unsolicited commercial communications (UCC) related complaints against the fraudulent SMSes. The updated BSNL Selfcare app can be seen as a response to the increasing number of spam messages troubling customers. BSNL customers can lodge complaints quickly and effectively by using the app. It will likely make it easier to combat fraudulent SMSes.
