OpenAI made an announcement on October 17, 2024, revealing an early version of its ChatGPT desktop app for Windows. The ChatGPT App for Windows is currently available for select users. ChatGPT Plus, Enterprise, Team, and Edu users can use the app. Users can access the app by using the “Alt + Space” shortcut on PC to make it easier to engage with the AI chatbot while multitasking.
