According to DownDetector, a website that tracks service outages, Jio's services have been experiencing problems since early today. One X user shared, "Major service outage seen in Mumbai and possibly other regions. Even the Jio app isn’t working. What is happening?" Another user commented, "Jio mobile service is down all over Mumbai... Is this another massive outage?"
