As per reports, Zhuang nipped the officer hard enough to leave teeth mark impressions in the skin. The 55-second video that is circulating on social media shows Zhuang clashing with police at the planned site for a homeless shelter in Brooklyn on Wednesday, July 17. Zhuang was arrested after the incident and has been charged with felony assault, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.
