Earlier in this event of ISSF Rahi Sarnobat also bagged Gold Medal in 25m Pistol Event on Monday, May 27, 2019. The same day Indian teenage shooting sensation Saurabh Chaudhary won the Gold medal in 10m Air Pistol Event. The 25 years old Anjum Moudgil is an Indian sport shooter who represents Punjab team in the shooting. She is currently pursuing her Masters in sports psychology. Moudgil and Panwar have now won gold medals in back to back World Cups, where they grabbed the previous one at the Beijing World Cup in April. Gold and Silver Medal for India in 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team Event

India has now won total of four gold medals, which is the highest in the World Cup so far. Despite giving such a remarkable performance, the duo of Moudgil-Panwar and Chandela- Kumar have not made a place in Tokyo Olympics as mixed air rifle and pistol disciplines events are not included in the slot for Olympic Quota.
