Abhishek Sharma has arrived and in some style! The left-hander smashed his maiden international century in just his second T20I during the IND vs ZIM 2nd T20I 2024 on Sunday, July 7. Having been dismissed for a duck in the first T20I, which was his international debut, the southpaw made the opportunity count this time around, and he played his natural game. He smashed seven fours and a whopping eight sixes in his century, which came off only 46 balls. He unfortunately could not add much to his score as he was dismissed off the very next ball by Wellington Masakadza.
