Imran Tahir has been playing for the Multan Sultans in the PSL 2021 and during their match against Quetta Gladiators and during the match the South African cricketer has paid tributes to late Pakistani cricketer Taahir Mughal. The late cricketer passed away in January 2021 due to cancer. Tahir back then took to social media and had posted about the demise. Even today, after scalping Saim Ayub’s wicket, he paid tributes to the late cricketer. So Tahir had actually worn a white shirt with the picture of Tahir Mughal. As soon as Ayub was caught in the deep, the Chennai Super Kings player pulled off his shirt with Tahir Mughal’s picture. The video of the same was shared on social media. Tahir has scalped a couple of wickets during the game and bowled at an economy 7.25. He got the wickets of Usman Khan and Saim Ayub. Khan had scored 81 runs in the game and became the highest contributor to the match. On the other hand, Ayub made 21 runs.
