Abu Dhabi T10 League 2019 witnessed a low scoring final match between Maratha Arabians and Deccan Gladiators. Maratha Arabians, led by Dwayne Bravo, won tournament's trophy after defeating Shane Watson-led Deccan Gladiators. The latter scored only 87 runs for 8 wickets in the first innings. They were asked to bat first by Maratha Arabians. Dwayne Bravo won the toss and opted to bowl first. Openers, skipper, middle-order batsmen totally failed and everything fell apart for Gladiators just in the final. Bhanuka Rajapaksa (23) and Asif Khan (23) were among the top scorers who could accelerate scoreboard to only 87 in the end. Maratha Arabians showed a great overall bowling performance with Mitchell McClenaghan (1), Lasith Malinga (1), Kasun Rajitha (1), Dwayne Bravo (2) got wickets. While chasing the 88-run target, Maratha Arabians wicketkeeper Chadwick Walton (51) smashed a fifty off 26 balls and won the game for Maratha Arabians. Deccan Gladiators' bowlers also failed and only Migael Pretorius and Zahoor Khan could manage 1 wicket each. This was the third edition of Abu Dhabi T10 League. In the other third-place match, Bangla Tigers defeated Qalandars by 6 wickets to win the 3rd spot. Deccan Gladiators ended as runner-ups.
