Former champions Atlético de Kolkata (ATK) kickstart the ISL 5 with a tough game against the formidable Kerala Blasters. The ten-team tournament has been a revelation of sorts in Indian football, and with each passing season, the level of the game has significantly risen. The league has done a lot to bring India on the football globe of the world giving a chance to both young and experienced home talents to share the dressing room with international stars who bring a lot of learning with them. The agenda at the end of the day is to nurture football at the grassroots level for the ISL through its franchise clubs.
