The latest episode of SmackDown LIVE wasn't as good as fans might have expected it to be, given that it was the last episode before SummerSlam. The opening segment of the show saw Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and SmackDown Women's Champion Carmella talk it out in the middle of the ring.

Each superstar ran-down each other and posed themselves as the potential winner at World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) PPV, SummerSlam. Much to fans' amazement, SmackDown General Manager Paige headed out and scheduled a match which saw Lynch and Flair in a team pitted against Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.

Carmella watched the match sitting at the announce table, as Lynch and Flair won eventually. After the match, both the superstars teased some tension between the two before they parted ways.

There were quite a few more matches in the night on WWE. We take a look at the results of all the matches at WWE SmackDown LIVE on August 13, 2018.
