Realme, the former subsidiary of Oppo is gearing up to launch the new smartphone in the Indian market. To be called as Realme 3, the phone maker has been teasing the new phone on Flipkart. The company is all set to launch the new Realme 3 phone in India on March 4, 2019. Moreover, a microsite has been created by Flipkart ahead of the launch that has revealed some key information about the phone. Going by the microsite on Flipkart, the highlighted key features of the upcoming Realme 3 device will be better than its immediate rivals. The main highlight of the phone will be the MediaTek Helio P70 SoC which is built on 12nm process. Its arch rival - Redmi Note 7 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset.

The next feature highlighted in the teaser is the waterdrop notch on the top of the display. The phone will also be fuelled with 4230 mAh battery which is slightly bigger than the rival 4000 mAh battery seen on Xiaomi's Redmi Note 7 phone. The new Realme 3 will sport up to 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of onboard storage. The phone will run Android 9.0 Pie OS out-of-the-box based on ColorOS 6.0.

It is also believed that Realme will also be launching Realme 3 Pro variant alongside Realme 3 on March 4. The new Realme 3 Pro variant will also come with 48MP sensor at the rear. More details about the new device will be revealed at the launch event.
