WhatsApp Rolls Out Support for Up to 4 Pinned Messages as Beta for Android Users

Meta-owned messaging platform WhatsApp is expanding its conversation management tools by increasing the capacity for pinned items within chats and groups. The update allows participants to keep track of more essential information directly at the top of their messaging interface without needing to constantly unpin older notes.
As per a report by WABetaInfo, the platform is rolling out support for up to four pinned messages in individual and group chats through the latest Android beta update. The functionality operates similarly to the existing pinning mechanism, where users long-press a specific message and select the pin option from the contextual menu. Once four items are secured at the top of the interface, participants can easily cycle through the rotation by tapping the banner.
