Mumbai, February 5: Xiaomi’s gaming-centric sub-brand, Black Shark, has officially unveiled its new high-performance gaming tablet for the global market. Following a series of teasers late last year, the device has now appeared on the brand’s global website, showcasing a compact 8.8-inch design tailored for mobile enthusiasts. Built with aerospace-grade aluminium alloy, the tablet weighs 332g and measures 7.7mm in thickness, positioning it as a portable alternative to larger mainstream tablets.

The Black Shark Gaming Tablet is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, which features an octa-core CPU and a 40 TOPS NPU for artificial intelligence tasks. According to the manufacturer, the device has achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 1.9 million.
