Adva Lavie, the Los Angeles influencer and model accused of meeting men through dating apps before robbing their homes, has been arrested for the second time. Lavie, who also goes by the name Mia Ventura, was taken into custody Tuesday night in Beverly Hills, though the exact circumstances that led to her arrest have not been made public. Inmate booking records show she was booked on a felony level charge and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.

A Pattern Of Legal Trouble

This is not Lavie's first run in with the law. In March, she was ordered to stand trial on six felony charges after prosecutors alleged that between 2023 and 2025, she used dating apps and cultivated friendships to rob, steal from and extort wealthy older men as well as younger women across Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. US Influencer Gabriela Gonzalez Arrested in Dark-Web Murder Plot Against Ex, Singer Jack Avery; Details Inside.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said at the time that authorities would prove Lavie exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims' homes and steal from them.

Lavie pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released from custody on an ankle monitor, with orders to stay away from the named victims. Instagram Influencer Jailed for Human Trafficking in US: Kat Torres Gets 8 Years in Prison for Keeping 2 Women Followers as Slaves, Forcing Them Into S*x Work; FBI Probe Reveals Horrifying Details.

Billionaire Ex Also Charged

The case took another turn in May when billionaire and former California gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck turned himself in on an outstanding felony warrant. He was accused of dissuading or intimidating a witness or victim of a crime, in an alleged bid to stop at least two victims from testifying against Lavie. Cloobeck has been romantically linked to Lavie.

Lavie's attorney declined to comment when reached by Eyewitness News.
