The moment unfolded as Sandra, a Las Vegas casino waitress, began speaking to the audience. While she addressed the crowd, her young son appeared ready to walk toward the edge of the stage. The family's appearance on stage included another memorable moment later in the event. Sandra told Trump that her son wanted to say something to him.
