Bangladesh Floods: Sylhet Inundated, Millions Affected

Bangladesh has been facing its worst floods in nearly 20 years, reported AFP. The floods in North-east Bangladesh began receding on May 22, reported AFP. However, rescue personnel were struggling to help the millions affected due to the floods. As reported by AFP, at least 60 people have been killed due to the floods. At least two million people have been affected and dozens of villages flooded, reported AFP. Several bridges, roads and houses have been completely or partially left damaged.
