Delhi Traffic Cop Suspended For Taking Fine Of Rs 5,000 In Cash From Korean National Without Receipt

A Delhi traffic cop was suspended after he fined a South Korean national of Rs 5,000 in cash. The cop did not provide a receipt to the Korean national. It has been alleged that the traffic cop identified as Mahesh Chand, did not give any receipt for the cash he took from the Korean national. Video of the month-old incident has gone viral.
