Bhau had filed a complaint in 2020, alleging that Kapoor had shown disrespect to Indian soldiers. The complaint was deemed misleading by Kapoor’s legal team. In response to these allegations, Siddiquee has confirmed that they are pursuing a civil defamation suit against Bhau, seeking INR 100 crore in damages.
