Elon Musk To Serve As CEO Of Twitter, Will Be The Sole Director Of The Social Media Company

On October 31, the world’s richest man, Elon Musk said in a filing that he will serve as chief executive of Twitter, reported Reuters. The Tesla Inc CEO bought the social media company, Twitter for $44 billion. Musk also runs SpaceX, Neuralink and The Boring Company. Last week, Elon Musk fired Twitter's earlier chief, Parag Agrawal and some other top Twitter officials. On October 31, in another filing, Musk revealed that he became the sole director of Twitter as a result of the takeover, reported Reuters.
