Holi, the festival of colours, is just a few days away. On February 27, Mumbai police issued a Prohibitory Order concerning the festival. Obscene songs, slogans andwords cannot be played or used. This has been done to avoid any communal tension and breach of peace. The order was issued by Vishal Thakur, DCP, Operations, Mumbai Police. Watch the video to know more.
