International Yoga Day 2022: Malaika Arora, Shilpa Shetty, Anil Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor & Many Others Celebrate

June 21 marks the International Yoga Day. This year’s theme is ‘Yoga For Humanity’. Many Bollywood celebs practice yoga regularly. Many took to social media and marked the day doing their favourite asanas. Malaika Arora shared a small video on social media. In the video, she urged her followers to simply just start their healthy routine by practising Yoga. In the caption, she wrote, “For me, it’s another day. For me, this is a way of life. However, all I ask you is just start.” Anil Kapoor shared snippets of himself doing different yoga asanas on social media. He said everyone should do some form of yoga every day. Alia Bhatt shared an adorable video with her pet to wish everyone Happy Yoga Day. For Karisma Kapoor, Yoga is like music. Neha Dhupia shared a picture of herself doing shrishasana and wished everyone Happy International Yoga Day. Shilpa Shetty encouraged everyone to take up the 'Surya Namaskar' challenge.
