Kareena Kapoor Contracts Covid-19 At Karan Johar Dinner Party, 12 Others Get Tested

On December 13, news of Kareena Kapoor Khan testing positive for Covid-19 made headlines. Along with Kareena, her best friend Amrita Arora also tested positive for the virus. Soon after news of Maheep Kapoor and Seema Khan testing positive for the virus also broke. These ladies along with other guests had attended a dinner at Karan Johar’s residence on December 8. On December 14, the residences of Kareena and Karan Johar were sanitized. Their buildings have been sealed by Mumbai's civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). At least 12 more people, including guests at that dinner, have been tested for Covid-19. Kareena Kapoor and some others at Karan Johar’s party were at another dinner, hosted by Rhea Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor’s sister.
