The top leadership of the Congress party on Thurday, March 21, blamed the BJP over freezing of its funds. Addressing a press conference, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge and senior leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi alleged that there is no level-playing field as their party cannot access its bank accounts.
