Nigeria: Oil Refinery Blast Kills 109 In Niger Delta

Nearly 109 people were killed overnight following an explosion at an illegal oil refinery in southern Nigeria. As reported by AFP, police confirmed that the explosion happened late on April 22. “The incident happened on the boundary between Rivers and Imo state,” Grace Iringe-Koko, Rivers state police spokeswoman told AFP.
