Nusrat Jahan and Nikhil Jain’s marriage is 'not legally valid', ruled a Kolkata court. Jain, a city-based businessman, had moved a suit before the Alipore Court here praying for a decree of declaration that no marriage took place between him and Jahan, actor turned Trinamool Congress MP reported PTI. The Kolkata court noted that the marriage was never registered in Turkey. Nikhil Jain claimed that after they returned to India, he and Jahan started staying together, but the relationship deteriorated subsequently.
